I visited www.cvshealthsurvey.com after my purchase and found the survey very user-friendly. The questions covered every important part of my shopping experience. It's a useful way to help CVS understand customer needs and improve future services.
The cvshealthsurvey gave me an opportunity to express my thoughts about store cleanliness, employee friendliness, and checkout speed. It was an easy process, and I encourage other shoppers to participate after every CVS visit whenever they receive a survey invitation.
