The Children's Museum to Host NC Science Fest!

Wilmington, N.C. – On Saturday, January 23rd, The Children’s Museum of Wilmington will host The North Carolina Science Festival 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Incorporating, “The Future of Our Planet,” theme, our museum educators have chosen to develop all new activities based on technologies that are important to the future, (i.e. water filtration, engineering, micro-mechanics, anatomy). This educational experience gives children the opportunity to participate in exciting age appropriate activities that will help educate them about future technologies that are critical to the future of technological advances, new medical technologies, and environmental engineering.

On January 23rd, ‘Anytime’ members receive free admission, ‘Weekday’ member admission is $9.75 per person, and non-member admission is $9.75 per person. Children under 12 months are free.
