On October 10, 2025, the Children’s Museum of Wilmington will celebrate 28 years of serving children in Southeastern North Carolina. The Children’s Museum of Wilmington was first established in 1997 to fulfill the need of providing hands-on learning opportunities for children in the community. After 28 years, the Museum has continued to serve Wilmington children and has grown to become the lead advocate of play in our region.
