Children’s Museum to Host Mud Day this Friday and Saturday


It’s the messiest fun you can imagine!

DOWNTOWN WILMINGTON, NC – On Friday, June 28th and Saturday, June 29th, The Children’s Museum of Wilmington will host Mud Day from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. During this family-favorite event, Museum guests can squish, stomp, and slide in the mud, make mud pies in a mud kitchen, explore Magic Mud, magic quicksand, and other gooey concoctions. Guests are encouraged to wear a bathing suit, or old clothes, and bring a towel and change of clothes. A rinsing area to clean off will be provided. ​

On Friday, June 28th, Anytime and Weekday members receive free admission. Non-member admission is $9.75 per person. On Saturday, June 29th, Anytime members receive free admission, Weekday member admission is $4.87 per person and non-member admission is $9.75 per person. Children under 12 months are free.
