STEM education aids in helping children to become critical thinkers while encouraging them to become future innovators.

ABOUT THE EDUCATOR
Miss Jasmine
Miss Jasmine is one of our educators here at the Museum. She leads the S.T.E.A.M Exploration program where we learn about the different branches of S.T.E.A.M and perform an activity or experiment each week. She recently graduated from The University of North Carolina-Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and Oceanography. During her undergraduate career she studied abroad in England at the University of Southampton. While there I was enrolled in the Earth and Ocean Sciences program. Miss Jasmine is very interested in Orcas and hopes to one day become a whale biologist!
