Volunteer

Volunteers work one-on-one with museum visitors, help with exhibit renovations, and assist educators with their programs. All volunteers must have a positive attitude, be friendly and most importantly work well with children. To volunteer at the museum, you must be 14 years or older. If you are between the ages of 14-16 you must have an adult consent form. If you are over 18 years old you must have a background check.

Internship

Interns are assigned a mentor relative to their subject of focus. We have a very experienced staff who through guidance and coaching will be able to help develop all the necessary skills for you to succeed in the workplace. Previously the museum has had interns from Anthropology, Art, Communication Studies, Graphic Design, Marketing, Professional Writing, Sociology, and Spanish departments .This is a fun environment to work in and will definitely benefit you if you decide to intern here. To intern at the museum, you must be 14 years or older. If you are between the ages of 14-16 you must have an adult consent form. If you are over 18 years old you must have a background check.
