Ahoy Wilmington!

Arrgh, Mateys! Board our pirate ship and join the crew! Fire oranges from the working cannon or dress up like a pirate and swab the deck.

Visit the studio, a bright open space designed to inspire young artists creativity and an early appreciation for art. Children are encouraged to experiment with different materials as they create imaginative masterpieces. Try your hand at painting, sculpting, drawing, weaving, and more. Our activities are open-ended and always changing, so come and discover the limitless possibilities of art!

Grocery Store

Grab a kid-sized shopping cart and shop for produce, cereal, flowers...whatever it is you need. Or work the register checking customers out and bagging their groceries. When kids upstairs in the Diner call down for something, send food up our conveyor belt for them to prepare.

Imagination Circus

Step right up and enter the circus! Ride a unicycle, start a band, walk on stilts or jump into a costume and perform under the big top circus tent..

Make Merry Multi-Purpose Room

The Make Merry Multipurpose room is located adjacent to the Art Room. This is where we have Birthdays, Meetings, Toddler Time, Cooking Club, Candy Cottages and More!

Secret Cove under the Sea!

Museum Mania Day Camp, Birthdays, Reading Circles, Book Clubs and more fun to be had in the Secret Sea Under the Sea Aquarium Room accessible from the Dental Exhibit staircase or the Secret Garden off Orange Street!

International Diner

Located in the upper level of the church building just above the Grocery Store, children can play many different roles including the customer, cook, prep cook, waiter/waitress, dishwasher or host/hostess.

Magnetic Minds Science Research Center

Here in our Magnetic Minds Science Research Center, children are given the freedom to develop their own path of inquiry with hands-on activities that promote learning through discovery and imagination.
