If you have a love of learning, a friendly disposition and the willingness to spend a few hours each week working with children then The Children's Museum of Wilmington invites you to be part of our volunteer program. Volunteering at the Museum will bring new discoveries, fun experiences and new friends.

Some of the many volunteer opportunities include:

• behind-the-scenes
• maintenance
• safety patrol
• play specialist
• field trip assistant
• birthday assistant

Anyone 14 years or older may apply for our volunteer program, which offers flexible scheduling 7 days a week. Volunteering at The Children's Museum of Wilmington is a fun, rewarding, one-of-a-kind experience!

Other Requirements Include:

• Applicants over 18 will be required to fill out a background check and pay a $15 fee
• Applicants 14 - 17 will need to turn in a completed parental consent form
• All volunteers fill out the volunteer application and attend Volunteer Orientation
